FlexiTog Returns Policy

Our aim is to make returns as simple as possible. By following the guidance below, you can help us to ensure we fulfil your return correctly and promptly. 

We offer exchanges and refunds for unwanted items returned within the period of 14 days from delivery. All returns must be agreed with FlexiTog prior to returning the goods, via the process below. 

Please note that all products returned should be unused, and in resalable condition, and if possible, with their original packaging. Should your product be faulty please use the process below to notify us, and this will then be assessed via our Quality Control department.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN:

1. Log in to your FlexiTog web account

2. Navigate to "Account" in the red header menu

3. Select "My Account"

4. Select "Return a product" under the quick links

5. Find the order, and select "Return"

6. Fill in the form with the product you would like to return and the reason for return, then submit the form.

7. We will now get back to you to arrange collection if you are not shipping it yourself. In the meantime you can click on the 'RS' number to print your Returns slip and pack it with the product.

8. To track the status of your return go to your account and select 'returns'. Here you will be able to view  status of the return request you have raised.

Once your return request has been received via the above process, we will respond and confirm the return details for you. Whilst we may offer a full refund of the product, shipping costs are not refundable and returns shipping will be chargeable at £12, however you are welcome to return items at your own expense to the address below once approved.

There are certain products excluded from our 14 day returns guarantee, these include products made to measure and with personalisation (embroidery/logos).
