MANAGING QUALITY AT OUR FACTORIES
Our factories are accredited to ISO 9001 and each new factory undergoes a rigorous sampling procedure before any products are released.
PRODUCTION STANDARDS
Production standards and techniques used in manufacture are above the industry norms.
QC CHECKS
Detailed QC checks are made for every shipment of goods when they are received at our distribution centre. Control procedures mean goods cannot be shipped without these checks.
SMETA (Sedex Members Ethical Trade Audit)
SMETA 4-pillar audits are conducted and reviewed in alignment with our CSR Policy
EUROPEAN SUPPLY CHAIN
We have established a trusted European supply chain which ensures high standards and a fast, sustainable line of supply.
PROTECTING THE ENVIROMENT
Alongside our quality promise, we stick by our environmental policy which has made huge changes in reducing emissions, by reducing transport through our more local European supply chain, and also by exploring recyclable packaging options for the larger percentage of our products and further increasing this.
